Would like to know. Rasmussen is generally inaccurate from analyses of historical data that I've seen.

To those in CA, OR, WA, CO, IL, NY, and NJ (you know, the entire country) what you say is a lie.

Now to the other 40+ states, you know the ones that don't count, the basket of deplorables... THAT is exactly how they feel. Seems the people in the flyover states are smarter than the coasts. After all, they won and that's all that matters.

The self-proclaimed "smart ones" are still whining. Maybe not so smart after all.

The popular vote and job approval are two different things.

Trump's job approval numbers (according to Rasmussen) didn't exist prior to Jan 20th 2017.

Trump Approval Index History - Rasmussen Reports®

There was no popular vote winner in 2016 (Hillary won a slight plurality of the vote).

The vote difference between Clinton and Trump was just 2.1% of all votes cast.

And while Rasmussen didn't speculate on what the popular vote might be, they did predict a massive EC victory for Clinton (322-216).

Our Final 2016 Picks - Rasmussen Reports®

Clinton dominated the 18-39 crowd, along with blacks and Hispanics, but it didn't help because they stayed home.

The popular vote does not determine who becomes the president. The electoral college does.

They were average in 2016 and absolutely brutal in 2012.

As far as Trump rising, his #'s are better than they were a few months ago, so yes they are rising, but only marginal and outside of one pollster, his #'s still suck.
President Trump's approval is higher now (and has been for some time) than Obama's was at this same point in time.

Oh, of course. That's perhaps because they don't over sample Democrats like the others do. Rasmussen has had a reputation for being one of the more accurate for many years.

This is an "alternative fact" answer.

Hmm -- huge discrepancy in polls.

Think I'll take an average -- seems to be more realistic.
