She don't need no stinkin Fourteenth Amendment!

The left has pushed to trash the Constitution for decades, and now the right (Patriot Act, NDAA...etc.) is joining in. It won't be long before personal rights are history.

Pretty much none of them. Holder and Obama at Timmy Geithner's urging refused to prosecute.

Maybe the better solution would be for African Americans to stop breaking the law.
As alluded to a few posts earlier, I'm not a fan of vast generalizations that really says nothing.

Maybe African American lawbreakers could simply pay their ****ing fines, pick-up trash or do whatever else the court ordered them to do instead of pissing and moaning about "disparate impact" that their willful refusal to obey the law created.
Or maybe they need higher placed friends that will simply commute their sentences like Scooter had?

"Rigged against communities of color"? How difficult is it to just not break the law? WTF?

Apparently Justice lost her blindfold in super storm Sandy and LL told her, don't worry, I'll do a good job, I really don't need or want that dusty old blinfold.

If LL wants change, then the law needs to be changed! Subjective enforcement of law is anarchy toppped with the worst form of prejudice that our society abhors.

The DOJ under obama has collapsed under the weight of bias and mistrust.

I read this a few hours ago and it really rustled me. But you know what? It's not my neighborhood this is going to turn into an even bigger hell hole than it already is. I feel bad for the good people in these communities whose lives are being made worse by political pandering.

And people wonder why there is white flight. NYC had about a 1-yr head start on this thinking and the city has turned into an absolute hole. Just google 'NYC slashings 2016'

If she would just come out and say stop arresting and fining/jailing people for cannabis possession and giving them a criminal record than I would support her.

If you read through the report on Ferguson you would understand the reason for her statement, some places are using the poor as a cash cow.

Just a step above debtors prison.
