Religious freedom. It's a First Amendment Right.
Discrimination, it's not a right mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.

They are free to work elsewhere, just like the bakers are free to work elsewhere if they feel the need ot discriminate.

Religious freedom does not trump generally applicable laws.

Wait... you mean contradictory to what Obama and liberals/Dems are constantly telling us, Muslims are NOT a religion of peace?

What gives you the right to violate the First Amendment?

There is no discrimination if all SSM wedding cake orders are declined. Just like according to SCOTUS there's no discrimination when all coverage for abortifacients isn't provided by Hobby Lobby.

So was the ruling in the piggy park case correct?

Was the ruling against Muslim cab drivers correct?

That ship has sailed. SCOTUS already ruled on the Hobby Lobby case. The First Amendment and RFRAs prevail.

Lol, your own post admits that the bakers are free to move their business to a state that allows discrimination. Too funny.

You're missing the point... The First Amendment applies in all 50 states.

So the Muslim cab drivers should be allowed to refuse people with dogs or alcohol without threat of losing their license. Right?

Piggy park should have been allowed to refuse seating to blacks. Right?

Or does the first amendment not count in those cases?
