Yes, it is perfectly legal to hate gay people and wish them to burn in hell forever.
There is a difference between advocating killing gays as preached by the Iman and personal hatred of gays and thinking they'll rot in hell. One is language that calls for murder and be consider inciting criminal behavior while the other is personal though with no illegal allegations attached.
To me stuff like this should be regarded as hate speech. There's a limit to everything, including free speech and when you're actively supporting the death of a certain group of people, **** your religious views, you should be made to answer for those comments.
