sorry, but a grand jury isnt a court of law, since the accused doent get to face their accuser. as to your second claim, does that mean ANY investigative journalism should be tossed aside then? how many reporters for various news outlets have sent reporters in undercover to get a story? and does this extend to LEOs as well? how many of those have gone in undercover to get the evidence they need to convict someone?
