In the biggest reproductive rights case since Casey, Texas law HB2 - which required that abortion providers have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles and that abortion providers adhere to the same requirements as for outpatient surgical providers.

Of course, these requirements had no purpose whatsoever other than to make providing and obtaining an abortion more expensive and more of a hassle.

Justice Breyer authored the majority opinion in the 5-3 case, which broke along predictable lines.

Great decision by the court. Hopefully this leads to all such laws being struck.

Children will be killed because of this yet you two think it's a great decision. Maybe the end times are near.

Keep your religious nonsense out of women's personal lives. And an early term pre-viability fetus is not yet a child.

Your definition of "children" doesn't match the definition most people use.

Women are intelligent, responsible and moral. They are able to weigh the risks and costs of an unwanted pregnancy in their own lives much better than you.

Yet they resort to medieval methods to stop the development of a human life because they made a mistake. Makes sense. Seems real intelligent.

Women are not just incubators for the next human life. They have lives as well, and the decision of how and when to have children is immensely important to the direction of their lives.

Plus, we already have 7 billion+ people on this planet and our population growth is bordering on unsustainable for our resources as it is.
