As for your argument, yes, it should be to keep as many out as possible. Jeff Sessions was actually right on this issue as he has been talking about VISA reform. Reducing the number of people getting them, how long they last and better tracking of those who have them(more reporting).

Trump arguing to build a wall is emotional, not strategic.

Of course we should address the 40% that are visa over stayers I never said we shouldn't. If the wall to deter illegal entry is all emotion then why did congress already approve 700 miles of it on our most porous areas of the border? Why did it work where there is one? I posted two links for you. You must have a horse in this race. I wonder what it is?
