The Republicans will keep the House at least until redistricting happens after the 2020 census.

What leads you to believe that they haven't already done so?

Hillary's daughter has already given interviews indicating that since justice Scalia had died, this would give the opportunity to put very liberal justices in his place that are much more in favor ending the second amendment. There are threads hear on City Data with such examples and the links to it.

In all likely hood if Hillary Clinton gets elected, she will be in a position to put into 2 or 3 justices; that will be the long term damage she can bring about; more than can be done I would wager via legislation.

Find your own. The more people on the train, the less gravy for me.

SCOTUS cannot "end the 2nd Amendment." Only a Constitutional Amendment could do that.

Homework assignment: Research the constitutional provisions for making changes to the Constitution of the United States of America. Write an essay on what it would take to "end the 2nd Amendment" 1200 words or more.

(Note: I suspect Chelsea has already read, and understands all of this.)
