I always loved this old Norm MacDonald/SNL/Weekend Update piece from many years ago:

There's probably over a hundred if anyone cared to dig deeper.
But the point is: these are non-stories. Anybody who lived to a certain age is going a have a lot of loosely connected people who died of unnatural causes.
Only the unintelligent would find that alarming.
