Your thread title is wrong. The shooting happened in Compton, not Chicago.

There are no words sufficient to describe how heartbreaking this shooting was.

I made the correction wher the link was after I realized my mistake.

it is sickening and maddening that our police cannot control themselves enough to do the simplest of things as make sure before shooting and He WAS mentally challenged 1 and 2 had nothing to do with the carjacking but because of Profiling and over excitement on the officers part this man is now dead and Oh I'm sorry my bad cannot bring him back!!!!!!

All blacks look the same to many police officers.

Lots of bigots on the force, like any other job.

What was going on in the 30 minutes he was laying on the ground?

There's just so much missing information on this one.

Police need militarized equipment because of the "war on terror".

Sure it sounds like a convenient excuse but the government wouldn't lie to us, would they?

Especially in areas ruled and managed by Democrats.

Let's not ignore the areas where cops tend to shoot blacks tend to have Democrat mayors, city councils and police chiefs.
