True..albeit I think with the best intentions. I think we can blame population growth and the rush to the urban areas for this one.

I would add that the misuse of Eminent Domain by private enterprise in bed with Govt. has eroded property rights as well.

Actually the constitutionality of a law should not depend on what the majority thinks. The Constitution may defend a minority of one against the rest of us.

No they were laws, not rights. But if you want to define "rights" more broadly, then I want free healthcare a right for all.

The laws restricted natural liberty. Free healthcare for all of course ain't free and it is not a natural right.
