Well, nobody except the ones we really need to worry about. I worked on a military facility for 18 years. In that time, we saw everything from small arms to C4 explosive disappear out of inventory. Enough to equip a small army for a sustained battle. And where would this goody pile possibly end up? ONE item was ever recovered. An M 14 rifle, that was found in Canada. Ain't THAT something?
Sheesh, stolen civilian firearms don't amount to much, when compared to what the government loses. Oh, sorry, misplaces. Clerical error.
