One would have to have a complete lack of common sense to not understand what went on here. Especially in light of all the other similar exchanges. There are way too many "coincidences" here.
That won't be enough for the Left. Unless they have high definition video of her accepting a 5 million dollar bribe in an envelope passed under a table they simply will ignore this... and even if they had such a video 90% of them would still ignore it and vote for her. It's a cult of personality.

Exactly. I said in the other thread all of this is to give the appearance of propriety on the part of the FBI. Just a little show.
Highly unlikely. Nothing happens without the inJustice Department being on board. And by "onboard" I don't mean bills private jet.
Normally that is correct - the FBI "investigates" and can/does recommend charges or no charges - it is the DOJ that has to do the "charges" or "no charges".
In this particular case (and in RICO cases) - the investigation is into Corruption and that's a RICO Investigation that the DOJ does not control. It's up to the US Attorney in the District of the Investigation ... in this case - Preet Bharara, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
That's not to say there is going to be either charges OR an arrest - just that it's a bit different than the Email Scandal that the DOJ controlled.
