You can always find a way to have more Pauls than Peters. Democratic governments can't be fixed without constitutional limits to government power. Those limits are going away. Only a benevolent oligarchy or dictatorship could fix government but the risks are too great to try that.

Requires an amendment to the Constitution approved by a super majority in Congress and then ratification by 38 states.

In other words, it would not be in a politician's best interest to do so.

Not to mention it wouldn't address the problem, but don't tell the D and R progressives who foolishly believe govt can be reformed.

change congress duties - let the governors come and beg for their states needs 2 times a year ,,, make congress vote at least 10 x a year --mandatory - or they are fired. no more than 2 yrs term and 2 elections per senator - all bills must be single file - not packing one with fruit fly research and ZIKA -and add a mil for sugar corps research
and all these shams in between- with eggs and ham- filler busters etc OFF the table.
streamline the way the process bills and funding- 3 times re write it- 3 more times MUST pass by third time--majority wins
too much complications added in for the simple yes or no

One easy step. Why waste time with 3.

Withdraw consent to governed.

99% tax on money earned by lobbyists and former government officials via their previous connections/positions. And this comes from someone with a dear family member who is a lobbyist.

while government can be reformed, these steps wont do it.

what needs to happen is first to put judges on the bench at all levels that will not legislate from the bench.

second we need to take power away from the federal government, and give it back to the states and the people. our constitution s an exceptional document, and we need to pack the government back into its confines.

third we need to stop all the wasteful spending by the federal government, and we need to cut the amount of money that goes through the federal government. we also need to take away the presidents power to move money around as he sees fit, and get the government back on a proper budget. make the bureaucracy live within its means.

fourth, repeal the 17th amendment. remember the senate is the states representatives, which is why there are only two of them per state. let the states themselves decide how to appoint their senators.
