I think we should respect President Duterte's decision and pull all but a few U.S. troops out of the Phillipines with the exception of a few for U.S. Embassy security and cut all aid we give to the Philippines. I say this not with disrespect but instead reality as we shouldn't provide any sort of help to someone who doesn't want it.
