Or... there are those out there who are... wait for it... educated on the history of our country, our government, and its basic features and design. People have been advocating for a convention long before Mark Levin. Sorry I didn't work into that narrow world view you have established.
Since you are educated on the history of our country, our government, and its basic features and design, please tell us when landless citizens consented to a Constitution which was imposed on them without representation.
I love people that had the benefit of defined benefit plans, some cases double dip and historic boom of massive government investment in infrastructure / capital investment claim how they did it and why can't people now.
You lived in a time where someone could graduate high school and enter the job market, pay for a house and leave the wife at home.
The barrier to entry was so low anyone could join. I'd love to see you do it now with 100k+ in student loan debt and working through your network certification classes or grinding away compiling code or dealing with your decrepit rear ends 70+ years of abuse to your body finally catches up to you as you waddle into the ER. All the while earning the same amount as back in the late 70s.
They really do not understand that things are very different. Much of it, due to their own generation and their decisions leaving the younger holding the bag. Hate to break it, you did nothing special and have left the younger folk with many problems that YOU created and THEY need to solve. You got yours though.
The first mistake is expecting government to fix it. They always end up making it worse. Housing and college are two examples where easy money always drives cost up... and now they got their fingers in our health insurance.
And here we are again, people looking to government to fix it

No easy money + allow tiny houses = Minimize government + Maximize liberty = Problem Solved

First you tell me the responsibilities of the land owners, then explain to me why people with no responsibilities should have the say in determining of those who do?
Oh and while you are at it, please explain to us what the founders intended the role of the federal government to be, its basic duties and powers.
(hint: the country you know today is not the country that was back then because our federal government is far far overpowered than the founders would have allowed)

Need clarification: Are you saying that landless individuals should have no say in property rights, and therefore should always be subject to the property laws promulgated by land owners?
In that case, what is there to stop land owners from writing the laws to preclude acquisition by landless individuals?
Relying on government as the source of property rights seldom ends well for the landless.

Read the Federal Constitution, read the ratification debates, read the constitutions of various states, READ...
I am not going to go over pages and pages to educate you when there is an Internet out there which will explain everything you are asking only to have you turn around and dismiss it when you find out that you personally don't like what it is, and having read some of your complaints about government and what it should be doing, you aren't going to like what it was originally designed to be because it isn't a socialistic/communistic entitlement paradise you would hope for.
Here is an excellent site, I suggest you focus on the ratification debates as there are a lot of arguments on the goal to which this country stood and many will help to explain some things.

They had the same representation we all do via our vote.
