Not nearly that clear. Again it appears to work reasonably well in Las Vegas and fail pretty badly in Phoenix. Just how does that happen?

The pre-existing and no lifetime limit clauses are the source of all the problems. Without very high participation any such plan is not viable. And again the thing worked well some places and not in others.

So any rewrite either will have to scrap those clauses or come up with something very similar to the ACA.

Obama care was never meant for people who have money it was meant for people poor to lower middle income
