One very positive difference is that candidate Trump said he would support allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices.

The Obama administration kept prohibitions against this in order to get Big Pharma's support for Obamacare. Republicans, including Paul Ryan, have traditionally been against this.

Trump, however, doesn't owe Big Pharma or really any big lobby group anything. He financed himself. People are so needlessly emotional about the election, they overlook how amazing it is to have a President without so much baggage.

As a senior, I hope Trump will keep this promise.
