Gang Initiation week, drug dealers outside the door. "F" rated schools, Obama phones and the reading is white mentality. These imaginary community crime stopping groups never existed and still don't in my old neighborhood.

Has it ever occurred to your that many generations of Black people respected police officers. Many Black men became and still are police officers.
Let's not forget Jim Crow. I'm sure your grandparents took part in it and maybe even your parents. Don't play innocent.
My grandfather came here {paternal} from Norway in 1897 at the age of 14,alone.No English.....no family. Worked his way at farm hand,laborer ETC..........in 1917 just after becoming a citizen he was drafted into the army and fought in France. He was too frigging busy to even think of Jim Crow..........and no he was not racist..........
My Maternal Grandfather returned to new York from Nova-scotia. His family had fled there during the revolution because they were tories. They lost everything they had.

lol @ you scoffing at reparations...how about white america give back the handouts they recieve from black african slaves? See, silly people like you like to start history at 1970 and act like blacks just ended up where they are own their own. True that a lot of Black folks did not vote. They knew the Democratic hustle was not real. As for Donald...I have no illusions. Just hope for a better business climate to put black people back to work.
Well, of those who did vote, a larger percentage voted for Trump than voted for Romney in 2012.
