OK - I just want to take this opportunity to say to all who doubted me.
Obviously President Trump read my thread and took my sage advice, and now we are getting somewhere, at least partially.
I think Nikki Haley will be a good UN Ambassador.
I think Devos is a homophobic religious extremist billionaire who is totally out of touch with most kids and will finish the destruction of our education system and probably cause gay kids to kill themselves.

What about first responders?

I was not being sarcastic. I was stating conclusion based on observation.
