For those who are unaware, the Run. Hide. Fight. thing is now being used by some emergency service departments to help people focus on what they should do during a situation like this where a person typically isn't thinking clearly. Run, first, then hide. If you find yourself confronting the attacker, fight using whatever you can - whether it's throwing a cup of hot coffee in the attackers face, or picking up a chair and hitting them over the head.

I forget who initiated this, but it's not unique to OSU.

Glad things weren't worse there, although the kids who were injured and those who witnessed all of this, will probably suffer some type of trauma that they'll need help with.

I'm always carrying something although I sold my guns temporarily. I have my cow but I have to deal with some things first.

Yes, exactly why we need to ban guns. Thanks for making the point for us.

How bout this: give up your right to:

Speech
Assembly
Religion
Press
Reasonable search and seizure
Due process
Self incrimination

And others will give up their firearm.

Interesting. Your sample size for gun attacks seems to be infinite, yet your sample size for deaths with knives seems to be limited to only this instance. No surprise that with that lack of logic, you think some point has been made.

Tell that to unstable Chinese since they can't get a gun they use a knife and kill all the time over there now ... human nature is to kill since Cain and Abel.

So, they called the cops to help them? On their campus? Maybe the attacker was looking for sanctuary. They should have called a few Black Lives Matter protestors to save student bacon.
