I think he's a fabulous dark horse pick from everything I've read in legitimate media. If you read up on him, he has met and negotiated with probably most of the world leaders and appears he doesn't back down and give in to them. He is probably better suited for this than any of the other picks. He seems strong and determined.

I didn't see Petraeus ever having a chance. Considering PE Trump ran a pro 2A campaign and Petraeus is doubling down on the Anti 2A by forming a new gun control group with Mark Kelly and Gabby Giffords.
