Can't be too bad since others are moving in. Would I want to move there and pay those prices for what I'd get? No, but it's not about me.
The free market decides and as long as people are willing to pay the price, that is the indicator.

Nope. If that couple is doing well, and happy where they are, then good for them.

It doesn't particularly bother me, because I have no desire to live in North Dakota. I also lack a desire to live in California. There are all sorts of reasons why people live where they do, and there's good and bad about all places.
