That is always the liberal solution to any problem "raise taxes". Conservatives would rather try something totally new - reduce spending.
Their new budget states otherwise. I am not "liberal" or "conservative' but rather a realist. The Republicans have proposed more debt. I don't support open borders but there are far, far, far more affordable ways to address that. Simply enforce the current laws.

The wall, in and of itself, is not meant to be a an ultimate solution to illegal immigration.
Conservatives don't think that the wall will stop all illegals.
Conservatives don't really care if Mexico pays for it.
Conservatives don't even care if every inch of the border is sealed off, nor do they think that it's practical or geographically possible to do so.
What Conservatives do care about:
Even talking about building the wall is a statement of intent.....a giant NO TRESPASSING sign that signifies a change in policy.
A change in policy where the wall is only part of a multi faceted approch to getting serious about stopping illegal immigration.
Mandatory use of e-verify with tough penalties for companies who are knowingly in violation.
Stopping all public monies, entitlements for illegal immigrants.
No more sanctuary cities, tough consequences for Mayors and other public officials who refuse to cooperate and impede enforcement.
Serious consequences for illeagls who commit any crimes in America.
The days of coddling illeagls while deporting them through a revolving door are over.
This is what Liberals don't get.....

Isn't it easier to just remove the incentives that encourage people coming here illegally and watch them leave by themselves?

"Conservatives" are already opening loopholes so that Donald Trump, First of His Name, Birther-In-Chief, The Tweeting Maniac, The Orange Clown, Glorious Groper, King of the Con Men will have wiggle room to get out of his outlandish campaign promises that they bought lock, stock and barrel.

I agree with reducing, significantly, the incentives to coming here. We give to much to illegals.
The legal immigrants are what we want.
But, we can and should fix our immigration policies to get people in here.
if we make the process better, ensuring safety of our people first, the process will be a win win.

better get your facts straight and do some research-- many republican companies and farms do NOT want E-verify . they actually have LOBBYISTS making sure of that. - They own 70% of the farms and 60% of corps- if anyone is to blame for the influx of illegals-- is is them-- go fact check! and today I heard something very interesting- a newly arrived Cuban came to fix my cable today and he was telling me how MR T actually has a company in Cuba-- hahahaha
