Now alot of awful presidents did attend these establishment schools, George W. Bush attended Ivy league schools and prep schools , he went to Phillips academy and Yale.

Only one of the top rated presidents attended these overrated Ivy schools?

Historical rankings of presidents of the United States

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histor..._United_States

01 George Washington
02 John Adams
03 Thomas Jefferson
04 James Madison
05 James Monroe
Harvard College = Harvard University

So 2 of the 5 first presidents went to an Ivy School

But even that is misleading. the Ivy League is not the best of the best by any standard, most of them routinely are outranked by other schools, they are simply schools that are old and work together, just like the Big 10 and the CIC.

Columbia, Brown, Dartmouth, and Cornell werent even founded until after the majority of the founding fathers had reached adulthood.

Also, thats not the list of best 5, that is election order LOL. You have to move over to the individual lists to get the order.

F.D. Roosevelt averages at #1 attended Harvard and Columbia

Abraham Lincoln #2 no college

George Washington #3 attended the college of William and Mary which at the time of his attendance was one of only 13 colleges total in the colonies.

Jefferson at #3 William and Mary

Theodore Roosevelt #5, Harvard.

That speaks volumes!!!!!!!!!!!

I am proud that we voted into office a man who has no ties to the IVY LEAGUE dogma of presidents!

The left should be singing his praises but instead they are not.

Doesn't matter where you graduate from, as long as you have values and integrity. That is far more important than your college. You don't get that from your alma mater, you usually get that from your parents. Trump's father was a cold brutalizing SOB who cared about no one other than himself, and that aberrant upbringing surely shows in his character.

The fact that Trump has no law education of any sort is a huge weakness. Whether you like it or not, a knowledge of US law is a pre-requisite for being an effective President. The argument is that his success as a businessman prepares him for the job, but even in that department Trump is no shining star. He knows zilch about industry or technology, he never put together any enterprise involved in actually making a product, unless you consider selling his brand to a hotel as a "product". Basically he's a real estate tycoon who achieved his success through manipulation and intimidation.

The OP is not a lefty and NOT a CNN watcher... Might watch only for curiosity's sake.
