I heard them talking about it tonight on Don Lemon (CNN). I don't understand how it can be so hard to have a photo ID to vote?

Just looking for logical reasons and trying to be open minded about it.

It's a lie that the left tells to prevent the stop of voter fraud.

MSM demanded proof for Trump’s assertions of voter fraud

This opened the door for the Trump administration to conduct a detailed investigation. Just as you said, the investigation will be attacked as an effort at “vote suppression,” BUT remember... the Trump administration has the media demands for data to point at.

The liberal media asked for it and now that he is investigating they're screaming. I see no problem with investigating and getting rid of voter registrations for people who have passed and making sure there is no voter fraud.

"Voter ID" is what they want you to believe.

What's happening in reality is essentially making you jump through more hoops to vote.
I live in Arizona and the so called "Voter ID" laws here are absolutely f@cking ridiculous.

When I went to vote on election day, I had to show my ID (which is fine), had to literally locate the exact location on where I lived on a map, give the zip code without looking at my ID (like wtf?), and then only to wait 2 hours to vote. In addition the county has reduced polling locations due to "not enough voters", which is BS because if I had to wait 2 hours to vote, there are plenty of voters alright...

ALL there is to voting is show the god damn ID at the assigned poll location and GTFO. But nope, we need those "Voter ID" laws. It's essentially supressing the vote by making it ridiculously insane and more difficult than it needs to be. In cases like Texas, you'd have these types of restrictions/hoops placed in minority neighborhoods which are known to vote Democratic (Hispanic/African American), to obviously not let them vote.

Wow, that had to be so hard on you lol <sarcasm>

A valid ID is needed to cash a check, apply for a job, a marriage license, a mortgage, get a credit card, buy a car, rent an apartment, rent a PL box, buy alcohol, a gun, take out student loans, get car insurance, get life insurance, get home-owner's insurance, etc.

One would think if your truly interested in empowering the poor and disenfranchised, those interested in helping struggling people better their lives would do everything they could to help those in need secure a valid ID.

You people brought this on yourselves by encouraging illegals to come here and help put Leftists in power. It's over!

To democrats voter suppression is not being able to fill in and sign the ballot for people they think are too stupid to get ID and vote for themselves.

Despite the dishonest claims from the liberal media, voter ID laws are both reasonable and fair. Moreover, they are necessary to preserve the integrity of America's electoral system.

In Arizona because to get a Driver's License here, you need to show proof of citizenship first. (Birth Certificate/Passport).

So me just showing my ID should be good enough, but nope we need those "Voter ID" laws.

However, my right to vote, has nothing to do with reciting the zip code in where I live or pointing to where I live.

The question is... is it Democrats bigotry of low expectations or to help them cheat or both?
