I did, although I'm fairly certain I wasn't specific enough for most others to pick up on it.

I just read an interesting article in The Washington Post about your odds of being killed by a terrorist, and the odds are extremely small, It described all forms of terrorism including home grown terrorists. I wish I could share the link but I would be in violation of TOS. I encourage anyone who wants an unbiased opinion to search for it and read it. Just Google odds of being attacked by a terrorist and you should find it.

How has the ban on Muslims affected me? I worry about a loved one in military service now and the impact that will have on his safety. I worry that hate will beget hate and put him in harms way. There is the other side of the coin for me as well. We have enough internal problems that we need to fix here before we take on the world's problems. Refugees are an internal problem of the middle east. Does that mean we shouldn't help them? No. I think we should help them in their native land.

I look at what the Somali refugees did to Maine and the expense an already strapped state has now because so many of them are on welfare. Can we afford to house the refugees with our already taxed welfare system? Does that mean our taxes will be raised to support them? The money has to come from some where.

The human side of me wants to take them all and feed them, but the practical side of me says that it's an expensive strain on our economy. Isis caused this problem let Isis feed them. Oh right, they won't. Then stay put and find a way to defeat Isis. Don't expect the world to do it for you.

If you're going to close the border Trump them be fair about and close the border to all. Not just the ones where you don't own a hotel. This selective Muslim ban affects me the most because it makes me embarrassed to call you our POTUS.

I have no plans to visit the middle east, so no.
Doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Big Difference here.

We aren't coming for anyone.

Absolute drivel.

Let me know when you see boxcars full of people being loaded up to send to concentration camps here in America.

Until then, take a chill.

Maybe you should read the news if you think I'm "dreaming up" the fact that Trump is trying to take away the rights of legal, permanent residents of the United States. That is what those with green cards are considered in the eyes of the law. They cannot be dragged off planes or denied entry back into the US for going to visit family. These are people who have jobs here, who were building a life here.

And Trump doesn't ban the Saudis, who were the 9-11 hijackers and are the terrorist epicenter of the world. How can anyone take Trump seriously as "fighting terrorism" when he's buddying up with the Saudi king while banning immigrants from countries that have never killed an American?
You obviously have some political agenda, the Boston bombers, the shoe bomber, San Bernadino Terrorist, Florida night club assassinations of gay club members, Ft Hood muders were all Islamic atracks on Americans. Maybe we should believe Obama that these were all Work place violence
