The whole incident on Twitter involved Milo saying unpleasant things about Leslie and her performance in Ghostbusters. He didn't actually directly encourage people to harass her, which was the reaosn given for his ban.
It showcased double standards in Twitter's enforcement of rules since Leslie Jones has routinely made racist tweets about white people over the years, yet has never faced any disciplinary action because of this.

From what I've heard, the police presence was inadequate, and they didn't seem particularly interested in trying to take control of the situation.
Trump is acting like the fascist. What happens at Berkeley is none of his damn (Federal) business. It is the province of local law enforcement and the school authorities. Nobody asked for his two cents. He should keep his sorry ass off of Twitter and tend to the serious issues facing this country.
