I agree with re-drafting an EO. One of the things that was not clear was how to handle things.

It will take more then a simple re-draft. They have to get away from making it about a religion. Remove the stuff about protecting religious minorities, and add in some countries that actually do export terrorists. Saudi for example.

If Trump and Bannon are making the case that this is to keep terrorist from coming into our country, then they need to include nation's where the terrorist who come into our country actually come from. Will make for a stronger case next time they have to run it by a judge.
Plus, it would be helpful if they were going to ban a nation we were fighting a war with, if they included the Secretary of Defense in on the deliberations. Just a thought.

It doesn't say the President has to get the O.K first from the 9th circuit court or the approval of a state A.G. . I didn't know the Constitution gives powers to the 9th circuit court to be in charge of our national security or re-write new law.

what law is Trump violating? those powers are giving to the President at his discretion for the security of our country.........if you don't want the President to have those powers then have Congress to change the act.
