Trump now has firm guidance from the court as to exactly what they want to see in a ban.
All he has to do is rescind the old EO, which will make all the court cases and decisions moot, and write a new one incorporating the guidance the courts have given.
When the new ban complies in every way with the court's objections concerning the old ban, trump's job is done, and he wins.
Don't fight the system, make it work for you!
