Oooooo, "bootlickers"! What a mental image! LOL! Do you know what apoplectic means?

You're just not even trying to say a single thing on this board that contains an element of truth are you?

The BBC is one of the most neutral media organizations in the world.

A suggested journalistic code of ethics:

Reporting:

1) Don't say things you know not to be true

2) Don't say things if you're not sure that they are true

3) Prove that what you're saying is true

4) Unnamed sources are not proof

5) Do not present opinion as reporting

6) Do not leave out "the other side of the story"

7) Do not present speculation as reporting

8) Do not fail to report things because they don't fit your preferred narrative

9) If you make an error, correct it, and give the same prominence that the story received.

Opinion-Editorial

1) Base your opinion on verifiable facts

2) Give a fair and thorough account of what the opposition says or would say, and then try to show how your opinion is superior

3) Check for logical errors -- straw men, special pleadings, poisoning the well, etc. -- and eliminate them

4) No lying, only telling half of the story, omitting relevant facts, using unnamed sources, etc. (see "Reporting" above)

The lying liberal mainstream media fails spectacularly on ALL of the above points.

Go trump! Make merka gert again!"

When one of his lemmings said I was being ridiculous, I pointed out that trump himself stated he could stand on Fifth Avenue, shoot someone and not lose any voters.

trump really knows how to play the brainwashed, cowardly lemmings. He has got their number down completely.

This also reminds me of trump saying how he liked the uneducated.

No wonder. For a con man and ripoff artist like donald trump, you need ignorant people in order to capitalize on their fear, hatred and bigotry.
Like most of the left you don't get the Trump phenomenon. Trump supporters are willing to put up with a President who is a little rough around the edges and sometimes says the wrong thing but in the bigger context is implementing exactly what he said he would do and exactly what this country needs. The left is obsessed with minutiae regarding Trump and can't see the forest for the trees.

We had 8 years of Obama who treated America as undeserving if its stature in the world. Who cared more about globalism, wealth redistribution and those from other countries than the Americans he was suppose to be the leader of. Obama had such disdain for people who did not agree with his agenda. He believed the government was the solution to everything hated middle America who "cling to the guns and religion" and should owe everything to the government because "you didn't build that."

I will take Trump with his flaws and all the insults from the nut jobs on the left to any globalist liberal elitist leader like Obama or Clinton hands down.

After reading through this thread, its clear there is no middle ground anymore. This should be something all sides can agree on, but as usual the Trump sycophants dig their heels in even further supporting whatever foul decisions this guy makes. You know damned well if this was any other president - Reagan, Bush, Clinton, GWB, Obama - and they pulled this ****, the Trumpsters would be flipping out. But because its their Dear Leader, they take up after him like the good little followers they are.

So you are starting to understand! America's tolerance of liberals and their extremist players is coming to an end.

The press (lets just include paper and electronic) had damned near unfettered inside access during the last administration they now are the leading actors in butthurtness.

To not have this access now makes them feel 'banned'. Poor babies.

What Trump and his administration crew must realize is the perpetual crew inside the White House has moles. They stay on after each administration changes. They are loyal to the House first. These people can be a danger to any new administration. It is something to be aware of. The Clintons went extreme on some people.

Just sayin'.
