Republican congressman Tom Cole of Oklahoma says that there is no evidence to support Trump's charge that he was wiretapped by his predecessor and that he should apologize to President Obama.
Quote:
"I see no indication that that's true,” Cole told reporters. “And so it's not a charge I would have ever made. And frankly, unless you can produce some pretty compelling proof, then I think the president, you know, President Obama is owed an apology in that regard.”
“If he didn't do it,” Cole added, “we shouldn’t be reckless in accusations that he did.”
Amazing that he just told the entire world he gets his news from a nut job conspiracy pusher.
How embarrassing. The entire world press will be checking out crazy Napolitano, Trump's 'legal expert.' Sort of threw him under the bus at the same time. Now Napolitano is going to have to answer to where he got his 'expert legal' opinion accusing our ally of collusion in a felony.
Maybe he'll come in and testify at the Congressional hearings.
His base doesn't care. They don't know the difference either.
Did Trump associates and people working on Trump's campaign have contacts with Russia during the campaign? YES
Did Russian hackers attempt to influence the Presidential campaign? YES
Did the Trump campaign collude with Russian hackers? Numerous investigations say NO
Pathetic? Holy cow. Do you want to revisit the Obama-lies? People DIED and he tried to cover it up for political purposes? That's pathetic.
