I would say that the jury is still out on #3---
They have called NO witnesses
Have gotten no one under oath including Roger Stone with his oh-so-covenient initial conversations with hackers so that he knew what was coming from WiKiLeaks---
And Likely haven't gotten through all the IT info---
I saw someone on HRC's campaign staff who said the Russians had made a dump of hacked info prior to giving it to WikiLeaks--and it was "exposed" on a fairly unknown website--just posted w/o any much done w/it...
Like people pulling out all their Christmas decorations for the outside, the inside and the tree and just dumping them in the front yard where passerbys could see all of it walking by or driving by
but there was no attempt to actually "decorate" with it...
Like people from another culture who had no clue what to do with what they had...
So I think tracing all the ins and outs of the hacking and the contacts is still very much in the air---
Christopher Steele who put the dossier together initially for private sources and then turned it over to the FBI was not even on the intial list to go before any of the committees....
From what I have read about Trump's business dealings in books that were written about him before he ran for president this time---he has a long, complex, and tawdry history of back door dealings with criminals from various backgrounds--so there is dirt there...
Just depends on how hard they want to dig...
And let's not forget that this could have come out during the election because Obama and the Intelligence Community certainly had certain aspects of it---but MITCH MCCONNELL threatened to smear Obama and the Democrates with "partisan politics" lable for tell in the truth---and Obama backed off---
Probably because he thought enough would leak out and work against Trump but the news media was more intent on the WikiLeaks stolen info with inter-office gossip from the DNC and Podesta's emails than the fact that Assange and WikiLeaks enabled the Russians to interfere with the US election...
And they didn't do it to just the presidential election---
They hacked and smeared other elections and only cared to hamper the Democratic candidates--
And frankly from what I have read--some of those propaganda efforts were overtly more successful than for the presidential campaign...
