Why were 40 Jewish headstones at that Jewish cemetery allowed to topple over and just lay there, by presumably the Jewish people in charge of the cemetery?

I ask because a Jewish poster on this website made a rebuttal to me once stating about how important these headstones are to Jewish people, that they put a rock on top of the headstones, so it has to be Neo Nazis knocking them over.

So, why are they allowed to fall from disrepair and neglect? And then just lay there. The headstones are not that important or what?

Those are questions. Only a few statements.

Apparently some of the stone fell from age and deterioration, others were laid down by workers to keep them from falling and possible breaking.
It is not the cemeteries job to replace or repair the stones, that would fall (no pun intended) on the family's.
