Last time I checked, Seattle was a part of the US. She is quite the world traveler if she supposedly went from Hawaii to Kenya to Seattle in a short time, with a newborn in tow. When records at the time show no citizens period went from Kenya to US in that time period. Did aliens beam her up in Kenya, then accidentally set her down in Seattle?
What does that have to with the oddity of choosing to move to and attend college in Seattle by herself with a newborn in the fall of 1961 instead of resuming classes in Hawaii where her husband and parents could help with the baby?
This article makes a lot of sense about why it could have happened. She loved Seattle and wanted to go to college there, but parents dragged her to Hawaii and said she had to go to college there since she was under 18. Sounds like her short marriage was troubled too. Makes enough sense to say "Screw them" and go back to Seattle for college. It was going to be rough anyway, but if she was on the outs with her parents and husband, it wouldn't necessarily be helpful to be around them. I bet she had friends in Seattle that helped.

Members of Trumps cabinet do have business with Russia that is effected by American sanctions there. Lying about that is what got Flynn fired. Trump also has business in Russia and has expressed admiration for Putin many times.

With what money? Plane ticket? Rent an apartment? Enroll in college courses? Etc... How did all that get paid for?

Savings? At age 18, you think she would have enough "savings" to pay for an airline ticket, rent an apartment for a year, buy food clothing, etc., for herself and a newborn, and enroll in classes at UW in Seattle, and pay a babysitter while she was in classes? From what job?
Given the odd Seattle stint of Mother and newborn baby with no apparent financial support, a birth in Seattle or nearby Canada seems far more likely.
