It's not. Neither is education or public assistance programs.

Irrelevant. The DOD spends like drunken sailors no matter who is in charge or who started which war.

I bet we could audit your life and find example after example of you wasting money on inconsequential things rather than donating money to a group that immunizes children in third world countries saving countless lives and suffering.

If so, would there also be that special place in hell for you?

It actually does matter which party predominantly involves the US in costly and deadly wars. It's the Dems, by a long shot. I posted the link providing the historical information.

If you don't like war spending and deaths, stop voting Dem.

Trump followers = stupid, poor, unhealthy, paranoid, and well armed.

And he plans to keep it that way.

Amazing how it's never really an investment to better the lives of the American people with infrastructure and social benefits, but all about defense/weapons, pro-corporations, and keeping "others" at bay all to the detriment of the American people, just cut everything else that keeps us in good shape and checked.

In addition to the cuts at the E.P.A. and the State Department, Mr. Trump’s team is expected to propose a wide array of cuts to public education, to transportation programs like Amtrak and to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the complete elimination of the $3 billion Community Development Block Grant program, which funds popular programs like Meals on Wheels, housing assistance and other community assistance efforts.

I remember my husband's 99 year old grandmother getting meals from them. Guess she should have gone out and gotten a job!
Great time for you to go out and start up a charitable business and start providing to those in need. Just think of all the good you could do and all the people like you who are willing to donate to such causes! I mean, I am sure Hollywood is falling all over itself to spend the millions upon millions it has to help you out with this venture!!!

... actually, that wasn't unheard of.

The meme about poor elderly eating cat food to survive was not always a joke.

Private charities can only do so much, especially for the immobile elderly in rural areas.

So the vast majority of Trump voters are stupid, lazy, and crazy. Hey, something we agree on!
