Weird, I went into PP for a pap smear and they mentioned abortions were on sale, so I got one. Impulse purchase! Those darned PP salespeople got me again!

Except when 79% of their surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of minority neighborhoods in a purposeful effort to target minority women for higher rates of abortion.

women are not stupid. we make up our own minds if we want an abortion or not. a clinic in our neighborhood is not going to be a deciding factor. nor will women who are pregnant walk by one and suddenly go in and get an abortion.

Well thumpers, enjoy the burgeoning underclass and upswing in welfare costs and crime associated with more out of wedlock births among young women who don't want children.

as to your question why PP doesn't locate it rural areas vs city neighborhoods is population. again just because a PP is around the corner doesn't make women of any color think.....oh gee I think I will go get an abortion today. women get abortions because they have no resources, are alone and have no support as well as a host of other issues.
