In the name of decency, let's hope it is a rare occurrence. Although the more we look at these and similar situations, we can make some disturbing conclusions : refugees in Sweden or Nor Europe, typically from Somalia, Ethiopia, Syria etc., all carrying out the most heinous of crimes.
No not all are engaged in these barbaric acts, just enough to warrant some serious concern as to their ability to assimilate into Western society.

The Trump people, Comey and other intelligence/investigation types have said (before Trump was President or President Elect) some countries don't have the data collected to vet against and the refugees themselves either don't have any paperwork or have false paperwork. Those are the ones where you have to keep all of them out. That is why ALL Muslim countries weren't on the Trump ban. If some European country accepts all of them despite that, then why would we want to let them in, indirectly, either? Somalia is one of them. I don't want rapists here anymore than I want terrorists here.
