For some reason many here think Bannon was fired from the Trump team.
He himself said his job in the NSC has been accomplished. Trump has another job for him, with deeper teeth.
Then why did they put Flynn there in the first place?
Sounds like the kind of a lie a 6 year old would make up.
It kind of fits but it doesn't make any sense.
Lot of correspondents bringing that up. If Flynn needed to be watched by Bannon, why on earth would you make him NSA and give him top level security clearance? Must be that amazing extreme vetting we keep hearing about.
For some reason, all these generals reminds me of "Dr. Strangelove"...
"a sweeping staff reshuffling that elevated key military and intelligence officials to greater roles on the council and left Bannon far less involved in shaping the administration’s day-to-day national security policy.
The restructuring reflects the growing influence of national security adviser H.R. McMaster, an Army three-star general, who took over the post after retired general Michael Flynn was ousted in February and is increasingly asserting himself over the flow of national security information in the White House."
Ivanka and the son in law who is now secretary of everything.
Bannon is a dirtbag, but that suits the Cheeto just fine. I don't think he's going to last 4 yrs.
It figures. Back to what is familiar: Trump running his mouth, selling whatever and boisterous, lying bravado while the kids "do the work".
He doesn't have a frigging clue about what's going on. He is waaay in over his head.
Good grief, Trump hasn't read a book or had an original idea since 1970.
Wonder when Uday and Qusay will move into the West Wing.
