I saw her resisting the officer as he grabbed her, but she never struck him. That was definitely excessive force and not necessary. Maybe it was that the officer was on the short side and had a chip on his shoulder about that, but there are lots of bigger cops that also take on a stormtrooper attitude and like to bully people knowing they can get away with it.
We'll have to let the attorneys work it out. But we could have done without the hooting of the hominid that took the video and laughed at what he was filming.

No kidding. I found that disgusting, too. Even if she HAD been at fault, there was nothing funny about this incident.
