hmm... "the least among us". If I were poor I would find that phrase offensive.

Part of the blame for Ocare not working , along with high premiums, is the fault of Republican governors refusing to participate in the federal program. To work properly it depended on 100% participation from the states, and 100% enrollment of US citizens. When the opposition thwarts this, of course it isnt going to work as planned.

But some people just dont seem to get the concept that the basis of cheaper healthcare is having enough healthy people paying in to help bear the costs of the sick. This is true in any insurance, from life to home to auto. You must have more people not using it than using it to keep costs down.

LOL, it's always everyone else's fault. Since Democrats wrote and passed it, the bad legislation can't possibly be their fault. Noooo, never.

hmm, I wonder why Democrats lost over 1000 seats. And you still won't listen... amazing.

Do you not understand that some GOP states refused to participate, or not?

Your OP indicated you wanted an adult discussion, and yet you choose to mock actual facts rather than respond to them with a legit rebuttal if there is one.

Which of my points do you dispute, that some GOP states refused to participate, or that insurance is based on more people not needing it than needing it?

Government is made up of people. Anyone who supports bigger government obviously doesn't understand human nature and are naive. Because they lost control, those same people resort to violence.

Of course they didn't participate, in the writing or the passing of it. It's your mess and that's one of the reasons why you kept losing seats and now the presidency.

Again, if your car only has 3 tires because the dealership didnt put a 4th one on, do you believe the car doesnt work, or that you just need to put the forth tire on ?????

The point being made was the necessity of taxation. No where do I see him supporting the stuff you wish to accuse of, yet you asked for an adult discussion in your OP.

Thats not what I am referring to, especially since the states did not write or vote on the ACA. So you seem to have no clue what I mean or why premiums are higher for those in states in which the GOP leaders refuse to participate in the federal program. I would suggest educating yourself more on the particulars of a program you are bashing.
