Smart crooks would keep their comments like this in a private secure meeting. Another thing entirely to say it to THE RUSSIANS in the freaking OVAL OFFICE of the US PRESIDENT. In my wildest nightmare I never imagined it could come to something like this.
Yeah, if there had been a whiff of Russian controversy during Obama's time in office, I'm sure the trump lemmings would have just sat quietly by saying "No big deal...nothing to this probably."
They are STILL going bonkers about President Obama saying he'd have more leeway after the election.
