It would be interesting if they did a study on the BMI rates of people by sector in which they work.
For example, construction, leisure and hospitality and manufacturing have more movement involved with them over a work day then a financial services job.

I blame my weight gain on eating too much, and my credit my weight loss to eating less. I love working out, but it makes only a marginal difference in keeping the weight off since exercise makes me even hungrier than I would be otherwise. I actually found it easier to lose weight when I was once laid up for 6 weeks after an operation.
