I worked in various offices for 35+ years but always found the time to work out, play sports, and exercise.
Excuses is all people have for their own afflictions. Get off your arse and move.

I blame my weight gain on eating too much, and my credit my weight loss to eating less. I love working out, but it makes only a marginal difference in keeping the weight off since exercise makes me even hungrier than I would be otherwise. I actually found it easier to lose weight when I was once laid up for 6 weeks after an operation.
