Not according to Trump. According to Trump we are already seeing it.

Trump started taking credit for jobs immediately.

Trump takes credit for 500,000 jobs in first 100 days. That's a stretch - Apr. 25, 2017

By doing that, he also takes the blame immediately.

Trump talking about his achievements yesterday.

"bringing jobs, plants, and factories back into the United States at numbers which no one until this point thought even possible. And believe me, we’ve just begun. The fruits of our labor will be seen very shortly even more so."

This part is a bummer, too:

"• The increase in total nonfarm payroll employment for March was revised to 50,000, from 79,000, and the increase for April was revised to 174,000, from 211,000.

"With this latest jobs report out of the way, the runway is now clear for the Federal Reserve to raise benchmark interest rates when it meets June 13 and 14."

Meh. It's pretty clear the economy is near full employment - where I live, there are scads of vacancies that are not being filled. This should be enticing people back into the job market, but it's not - a clear indication that the participation rate "problem" is not really a problem - some people have just left the market for good.

THE MOVING AVERAGE REMAINS INLINE! so what on earth are you talking about Scotty? or did you think 0.3 is a big deal ?

Did you really think that is a win for Trumps jobs numbers ? did you? Or did you just think you could throw that in and get away with it unchallenged.?

Rubbish my a$$! What was posted was directly out of the daily newspaper this morning. Try to keep up.

Trump said the unemployment rates are fake and job numbers are a hoax under Obama. Conservatives shouldn't be allowed to use them to make an argument; by doing so they just look stupid.
