delegates are elected every 4 years during the primaries and state conventions. just like the candidate.

LOL, im curious as to what that means.
State chairs and vice chairs make up about 1/4th of the DNC and they dont change all that often. Executive officers tend to be long standing party members with the exception of the chair.
And if you mean delegates,then those people run as candidates during the primaries just like the Presidential an congressional ones. If Hillary stacked the DNC as you claim, that means those delegates won the popular vote of their piers.
I get that you guys dont like Hillary or Democrats, but you cant just make stuff up. And im sure there is some person out there who wrote an article claiming she stacked the DNC, and it isnt your fault for reading it, but it is your fault for believing it, because it means you never took the time to actually figure out how DNC members get there in the first place.
But they also unanimously said Clinton needs to rethink her public blaming tour.

Maybe Hillary should have put more effort into winning PA, MI, WI, or the other 4 states that Trump flipped from D to R in the recent election.
I voted for him in the primary. Didn't see his name in the ballot in the general election. I did see an incompetent, racist, morally bankrupt buffoon, and I voted for the candidate with the best chance of beating him.
Seems everyone voted for him in the primaries now but he somehow still lost. Both main candidates in the end were morally bankrupt and incompetent.
Sanders is a dunce. His economic polices are on par with Venezuela.
The only difference between the US and Venezuela is our ability to print money and have it accepted.
