I don't even think there will be a vote on him until all of this Russia stuff passes one way or another. At the very least, they'll wait until it dies down. They know it could very easily cause a sh*tstorm if they vote now.

Keep in mind, this new FBI director will lead the ongoing investigation into the Russia and Trump collusion. My guess is, this guy will it to nowhere.
