Exactly all of this.

I would laugh, but it's more sad than funny. Poor Trump supporters are such low-IQ people and of such low morals, that they'll cheer Trump and support him as he berates another man about extramarital affairs.

The part about Trump cheating on all of his wives, paying porn stars to keep quiet about their sexual encounters, and 16 women having accused Donald of sexual misconduct. Nah, the evangelicals gave him a "mulligan" on that.

Hypocrites.

For Sanford the demons were in his pecker.
If Democrats are unable to play hardball politics then the violent tantrums are on them.

TRUMP HELPS TAKE DOWN MARK SANFORD

Did Trump’s endorsement swing the race to Arrington? Maybe not, coming as late as it did. But I’m guessing that the endorsement put Arrington over the top. Keep in mind that Arrington didn’t just need to outpoll Sanford. She needed to win a majority of the vote to avoid a run-off.

In the most recent count I’ve seen, Arrington is at 50.5 percent, only about 300 votes clear of a run-off (if my math is correct). It’s easy to believe that Trump influenced enough votes to provide that boost.

But what helped push her to a majority?

FELLED BY A TWEET

In his characteristic style, President Trump pointedly reminded voters of Sanford’s past disgrace as South Caroline voters went to the polls yesterday afternoon: “He is better off in Argentina.”

Yep, being anti-Trump cost Stanford the election.

That aside... my bringing it up was more about Trump's momentum starting to increase.

I'm not sure he could have pulled that off last year.

Doesn’t work that way slick. This isn’t Berkeley. This isn’t a liberal safe place. You don’t get to dictate what others post. Feel free to respond as you like, but we don’t take posting orders from you.

Indeed. It's crazy, because Sanford is very conservative. So it's clear that this wasn't about politics at all.

Trump is all about loyalty, and his voters have shown that by kicking out Sanford.

If a Democratic office holder with a long history of marital infidelity, had tweeted against another office holder's marital infidelity, Democrats would not be able to stop laughing. The mocking would be on evening monologues. But Trump supporters nod like they're in a trance. That's just funny and eye-rolling.

When the opposing party offers government sponsored abortion, same sex marriage, crappy schools for our kids, etc... yeah - we may have to overlook infidelities with a chance at a better option.

Do Republicans think they are going to end gay marriage? What are their plans for schools which are purely so socialistic? Do they want to end public schooling? When did government "sponsor" abortion? These boogie men that Republicans don't really have an answer for are just weak excuses given because Trump is their deity and they see no irony at all in Trump tweeting against Sanford's marital infidelity. It's their candidate, I don't care, but it is funny and perfectly consistent with what we've seen in Trump supporters.
