You hate liberals. Congratulations, Breitbart, FOX News, The Cato Institute, and The Heritage Foundation have all done their jobs.

Let's get down to it. What have the Republicans done to make your life better?
You may ask in turn What have the Democrats done for us lately? I do have an answer for you. President Obama issued an executive order last year to raise the salary level for overtime eligibility to 47,000 a year. What that means is that if you make 46K a year, you make time and a half for every hour that you work every week over 40. If that's the case, why are you still salaried? You are still salaried because a Republican judge from Texas struck down Obama's executive order in December.

The Republicans have a lot of plans; corporate tax cuts, rescinding Obamacare to pay for the corporate tax cuts, undermining Social Security and Medicare. What's in it for you?

I repeat. What's in it for you?
What have the Republicans done for you lately?

They are working to save the country from globalism and with that as their agenda, I will be faithful to them.

To me, it isn't about what have they done for "me" lately. I realize the Dems/libs need to wake up and remember the words of President Kennedy as it is not about "me", but about the welfare of our country in general which I feel the Republicans speak of. It is a war not between Dems and the GOP, but of nationalism versus globalism. I will fight globalism until the day I die!

Also, I do not "hate" anyone. I realize that is the new agenda buzz word, but it doesn't intimidate me nor does it apply to me.

I'm guessing that you aren't a fan of Milton Friedman then, as he was a big proponent of free trade and comparative advantage

Yup. That's why the GOP is in charge and Ford is moving Focus production to China.

Tell me another good one.

Slightly more than the dems have. The GOP didn't cause my health insurance costs to more than double. The dems own that one all by themselves.
Other than that doesn't matter who is office the middle class is going to get screwed.

Kept Hillary out of the WH and therefore blocked her from stacking the Supreme Court with Liberal activist judges.

Anything beyond that is icing on the cake.

There is something to be said for putting the interest of the country before personal interest.

Remaining a sovereign nation is more important than being a whistle stop on the bullet train where the wealthy globalist stop to pee.

And, somehow, you think that giving free education, free healthcare, free medical care, free........... and higher wages for jobs that, frankly, don't deserve those wages is the answer to keeping companies in the US. Ah, that does not compute.

Good point. Also prevented Hillary's pay to play scam from getting even bigger.

The most Republicans ever did for me was when Bush Jr enacted a tax cut and get a few hundred dollars refunded. Don't remember what I spent it on. He then went on to wage the two longest and most expensive wars in US history, costing the lives of thousands of Americans and nearly bankrupting the country. He didn't even catch the ******* who started it all.

In the meantime the TRILLIONS of dollars spent on these wars could have ensured healthcare coverage for the entire nation, a rise from poverty for millions, a rejuvenation of our infrastructure and the creation of millions of new jobs. Instead the Republicans gave us the biggest Recession in the history of the United States, record unemployment, economic stagnation, poverty for millions especially those close to retirement, hundreds of thousands of bankrupted businesses and individuals. It's what's awaiting us again.
