He's just the opposite. Look at everything he's said and he still got elected. Talking about women like they were trash, telling everyone that he's so popular that he could kill someone walking down the street and nothing would happen to him.
Lest we forget making fun of a handicapped person. His speeches were filled with hate and racism yet he STILL won the election. You might blame those who voted for him but in the end he played on the public's
racism and hate for those who voted for Obama and he was UNstoppable.
I would call that smart on his part he's a con man and knows how to work a crowd much like Hitler did.

Hmmm. Perhaps, or another theory is that he tried to sabotage his own campaign after realizing the commitment being President would take.
It backfired. Now he finds himself in a job he really doesn't want....hence missing the meeting....many trips to Florida. He just enjoys the attention bits, not the actual job.
