I'm only proud that he was elected in a peaceful transition of power

Trump himself? I'll leave that alone.

Trump supporters actually anger me more than Trump himself does. I don't understand how they can continue to support him so enthusiastically in the face of the damage he has done and is doing to this country. They are in fact gleeful about it because its their opportunity to get back at the "liberals" who put them through eight terrible years of having to live under an African-American President and having to treat the LGBT community like humans. They would rather not have a country at all than a country where white fundamentalist Christian men aren't in complete control over everyone and everything. That's what the Trump cult is about and that's what angers me the most.

Without his cult, Trump wouldn't last very long. I am sure people in Congress are sick of it, but they can't do anything yet because Trump's supporters.

How many of them were and still are AGAINST him? Even from within his own party?

Sorry, no. JFK was a Democratic president that said this about being a liberal:

“If by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people-their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights and their civil liberties-someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal", then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal.”

Quote by John F. Kennedy:

Trump is a Republican, nominated and elected by the Republican party. Republicans own this. In no way are JFK and Trump related whatsoever.

I really do not understand tRUMPS supporters! I do not care what he does wrong, they still support him 100%. I have a friend on my FB page who is still posting negative post about OBAMA he left the WH 1-20-17! I try hard to ignore her comments. Once upon a time I was replying, I stopped!
Many of his supporters are hard working people, he does not give a dam about you, me or them. It is all about tRUMP and his family--they can do not wrong. Which is "BS"

Your question:
Do you consider yourself proud to have Donald Trump as President?

My answer: HELL NO!!!!

My vote went to Johnson, not Trump; but on Election Night, I was gratified to discover that, as was hinted in the long lines at the polls in my home town in blue-collar rural Pennsylvania, millions of ordinary Americans saw through Obama and the Clintons' lies, and rejected the false promises of greater faux security in return for the surrender of more of their birthright.

The leadership of the Democratic party seeks nothing less than the destruction of a value system whereby most of us enter a voting booth more concerned with what we have to lose than what they have to loot.

My God!

How do you cope during your every day life, knowing that someone you're standing or sitting next to could be a Trump supporter?

Have you ever considered that many Trump supporters could themselves be black, or if not, they could be big fans of people like Star Parker, Walter Williams, Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell, Ben Carson, Bo Snerdley, Clarence Thomas, and many others?

I like a famous William F. Buckley quote "I'd rather be governed by the first 2000 names in the Boston telephone directory than by the faculty of Harvard". White fundamentalist christian men?

Have you ever considered that many LGBT people could be Trump supporters? There are many, including me.
I have MANY reasons for this, and I can go into them if you like, but with your fanaticism you're probably too furious right now. Geez!

That's great that there is another LGBT here, but how exactly does Trump make you proud as a LGBT individual? What has he done for the community?

Considering you're someone who supported someone who ACTUALLY breached national security and a party that started actual fires and riots, your opinion doesn't carry any weight.
